Pre-Cast Concrete Operatives

Senior Salmon are a recruitment agency based in Mansfield and we are seeking Precast Concrete Operatives to join our client’s production team in Worksop.

Duties will include the manufacture of high-quality concrete products and we have positions within casting, finishing, Re-bar and set up, so candidates from any Pre-Cast back ground would be suitable for these positions

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manual laboring tasks as required
• Setting up concrete molds and equipment
• Reading mechanical drawings
• Operating hand and power tools
• General production of concrete products
• Casting, spraying, and mixing concrete

Candidates must have previous experience in the following:

• Prior experience in a precast or concrete manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your workload effectively

The positions are working Days and Afternoons with a 15% uplift in pay for working afternoon shifts

These positions are offered on a temporary to permanent basis will become permanent for the correct candidates

Rate of Pay

£13.50 – £15.53 per hour
